Falsely accepting that the consumer wants to proceed with service

I am mad because the consultant didn't specify that his company is a debt review/consolidation company, it was only said that they want to see whether they can reduce my interest rates. Next time please state why you are phoning and then asking the consumer if they want to proceed. DO NOT JUST ACCEPT THAT SOMEONE WANTS TO PROCEED!! My debt has nothing to do with you, it is my choice how I manage my debt thank you!
