Do not make use of Debt Lite Solutions!!!

Do not make use of Debt Lite Solutions!!! They are manipulative, misleading, and rude. They left me in the worst position possible with irreversible damage to my credit score. Be aware:

1) They will say anything to get you to sign up and use your limited financial knowledge to manipulate you into signing Form 16 (Debt Review application form). DO NOT SIGN THIS FORM!

2) The day I signed it, they sent me a debit order mandate. Form 16 is only an application form - at this time your application can be accepted or rejected by the court depending on whether you are over-indebted. They jumped the gun with the debit order mandate.

3) They canceled the debit order a week before my first payment was supposed to go off without any communication to me, but left me under debt review. I emailed and called them to hear what was happening, but no answer. They left me in the worst situation and it took me almost 4 months to get my name cleared.

4) The manager, Waleed, is extremely rude over the phone. They do no want to communicate via email to avoid leaving a trail. Whenever I asked for help from them, Waleed informed me it is not their responsibility as I am not their client.

5) Only after getting in touch with someone high-up at the National Credit Regulator, did Waleed change my status on the Debt Help System to clear my name.

6) Until this day they cannot provide me with Form 17.2, the acceptance form for your debt review application to prove that they had the right to place me under debt review.
