Zulfa is a lifesaver

I have had such a bad time trying to get information from this company in regards to what is happening with the fluctuations on my account. Luckily they have now assigned Zulfa to my account and things have picked up greatly. She is great at communicating and things are getting there.

So I have had some great feedback from the amazing lady helping me. She is working hard into looking what went wrong. We have found the issue of why the finances do not match and she is working on this at the moment. Thank you so much for your great help. Can't wait for a conclusion to the issue at hand.

Below is an email sent to debtline. Hi Zulfa I received another statement today. Once again. I paid R4000 towards my debt yet my debt decreased by only R1601. That is another 40% of my payment unallocated. Please can you look into this as soon as possible. At this rate I am going to be paying the 3 year debt review for 7 years in total. Please see the attached screenshot Kind Regards Michael

Further email communication.

Hi Zulfa. Is there a way to get away from Hyphen PDA. Once again R4000 was taken yet my balance only dropped by R1 600. I can’t do this anymore. I will have to cancel the agreement if it carries on like this. Hyphen is doing something wrong. I have paid R48 000 since last October, yet my balance only dropped by R35 530.
Please also note that after paying R4 000 last month, my balance increased by R180. Which means somehow my account increased by R4180. The same as 2 months before that, where I paid R4000 and my balance increased by R582, which means my total account increased by R4582. This is happening constantly every 2 to 3 months.

I need this sorted as soon as possible as the 3 years as promised in the email I forwarded from the original salesman has passed. It has now been 4 years and I am still paying, and my balance is not lowering.
Please see the attached screenshot again of these balances increasing in red. Please also note the last balance again which only decreased by R1 600.

Hi Micheal,

As discussed and and instructed by yourself, you will no longer be utilising Hyphen PDA to continue repayments to your creditors. I am glad we could reach a resolution suitable to both your and your creditors. Thank you for your willingness to assist in this matter.

Kind Regards
