I would like to just say thank Zulfa February for the amazing service and for taking her time to explain how everything works and going the extra mile to get additional information to assist me with my concerns. she said she will call me back on Monday 06/12/2021 and she did exactly what she has promised me and called me with the additional information. This what i call customer service; wish all call Centre agents could be so easy to talk to and helpful.
