Zero Professionalism - No HELP!
You don't even deserve half a star!!!! This is pathetic. My husband and I app**** for DR and was denied, but STILL wherever we go (8 months later) our credit status reflects under debt review. I have sent numerous emails and still no one has bothered to come back to me to assist regarding this matter. Who do I call or email to sort this out?
