WORST WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER... I DO NOT RECOMEND
Promises promises promises. I have been in contact with you along with my mother, who is a customer with you. You have the worst service ever! Rude customer care staff that does not listen and speaks over you when you are raising an issue. DOES NOT CARE!!! Just wants to get you off the line. Keeps on telling you to send email and that an agent will call you back. NOTHING!!!! No clarification on ones account, nothing, No service, NO CALL BACK. Not even a email back. Cannot clarify why the amounts owed has not gone down in 3 years. WORST WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER... I DO NOT RECOMEND
