Wonderful empathetic Support from Ruth Graaff

A beautiful lady by the name of Ruth Graaf assisted me with my query. She was caring, patient and very reassuring by explaining to me what the next few steps will be for my current circumstances. She was friendly, efficient and supportive, warm and very encouraging. I would recommend clients to her any day as she really proved that she is competent and knowledgable of the proesses especially helping clients like myself. She is sensitive and aware of the circumstances people are in and expresses empathy in her voice all the while I was engaging with her. I feel heard and that is important to me.
