Unhappy customer
We registered with Debtline to assist us with our debt. We have had THE WORST experience with them since we started. They promise you sun, moon and the stars. And you don't get either.
When sending an email, they never respond. The give you a WhatsApp number, and guess what. They don't even respond to that.
They deduct the debit order on your account 5 days after they should. And when they do deduct the debit order they do it twice. What for?
They dont respond to emails neither do they respond to messages to phone you back.
Can somebody please assist me with Debtline?
