I requested a cancellation of their services because they have been missing payments on my accounts for several months now and I was only notified by my creditors now in January. I sent them an email requesting the cancellation and proof thereof. They called me the next day but I was in a meeting at work and I told them to call me back the next day. To my surprise, they quickly deducted R4500 from my bank account on a date that was not agreed upon and have not called me back or rep**** to my email. I have noticed that many of their clients are experiencing the same thing. If I do not receive the requested cancellation confirmation by Monday, I will be reporting them to NCR.
