Thumbs Up!

I find Jade at Debtline, along with her colleague Zulfa, to be genuinely invested in the customers' interest and well being. Unlike so many South African companies / institutions - they actually DO take the time to resolve queries and assist as far as possible. I don't mind admitting that prior to dealing with them directly, I really questioned my decision in going into this process with Debtline but thanks to Jade I"m a lot more assured in that somebody actually IS looking out for me. Thanks Jade, I hope your leaders see the accolades and appreciate your efforts!
