Terrible Debt Agency!!!

In all honesty you had seemed to be executing your role as promised but yet proven to be a terrible debt agency. You ignore emails, you don't communicate to clients nor update them on status of their queries. My query with you is now on its fourth month yet you are silent. How many calls and emails should I send until I get a response from your consultants? Why don't you just admit to false promises so that I can seek a way forward? Your consultant Hayley who took over my query form Aerin has also not been of much help as she is ignoring my emails. Please assign my queries to someone senior regarding my queries or if the queries are beyond you then say it so that we can formulate a way for us part ways. Form my experience with you so far I can never recommend anyone to trust your work ethic as an agency. You are the worst frustration.
