Simply no answering of phone and no communication

Absolutely had the worst experience from this company. Just can not get answers from my debt counselor. When I phone I get told she will phone back, working from home will call me or just simply no answering of the phone at all. Really worrying and thinking of canceling my debit order to get a call from anybody at this company. Really regret using this company
