I received a call from Mandy Meta this Morning 18:01:2023, after i have made my mind to cancel my business agreement with the company since my emails i send were never answered. she told me the person i was looking for during the Dec 2022 and early Jan 2023 was on leave at that time however shes's back and in the meeting, i explained my dilemma and she managed to calm me down and promised to connect me to the person i wanted to speak to, what made me happy was she promised to come with solution to my problem. i even told her to apologize to her colleague i spoke to yesterday afternoon 17/01/2023 of witch i was very rude to her because of my registrations.

As Mandy promised ,i got a call from Ruth the actual person who helped me last year, she apologized firstly and i told her not to worry Mandy has explained that she was on leave and came back today.i related my story to her about the deduction that never happened in Dec 2022. Ruth reassured me that according to their system my debit order will go through in January 2023 the after we will deal with my arrears Query by Query. the two ladies made me again to feel debtline is my safe home. yes i couldn't get hold of them during Dec holiday however it feels like it was worth waiting. i don't think i will ever think of cancelling my contact with debtline ever again till my debts are fully paid i am a HAPPY CLIENT AGAIN.
