Outstanding Court Date from Absa Bank - No response from Debt Counselor and Legal Department

I had a wonderful service delivery until recently where I have been receiving no response from Debtline.

I was awating my latest payslip to send to the legal department at Debtline and did so as I was informed that my court date is going to be moved two months ahead since I failed to provide proof of income in time.

I received an email from Absa saying that they have an outstanding court order date and should the legal team not respond my debt review process is to be revoked.

I have sent numerous of emails with no responses to date. This is leaving a sour taste in my mouth as I have not skipped one payment.

I expect to receive better service delivery and at least a response to my emails.
