Non existent customer services
Due to unforseen circumstances I had no choice but to ask for financial assistance from Debtline. When I signed up in February 2023 they promised me peace of mind. I willingly cooperated and provided them with everything they've asked for.
I've been dealing with numerous people (which I'mhappyto name), everyone assuring me that they would get everything under control. It now appears that Creditors are canceling my agreement because Debtline is not paying as per the agreement, even though I've paid them?
Calling their office is a nightmare, I cannot seem to get hold of anyone and nobody bothers to respond to messages or emails. I still don't have a confirmatory affidavit which means I have no legal foot to stand on!
Debtline has ruined my life and reputation. Worst decision I've made and I regret signing up with you! Now I'm left in the dark and I'm worse off than before!

Both Absa and Direct Axis have accepted our proposal, but have canceled the agreement. I've been trying to get hold of Shaheeda this whole week to discuss but can't get hold of her, or Justin/Shamielah at the attorneys. I'm worried sick because Absa legal advice that I must pay the full arrears or they take my car back.
