MISLED CUSTOMER AND NOW THEY NOT ASSISTING
This is honestly the worst company ever to be dealing with. The day I went with them, I was not explained what this is. They told me it's debt counseling and that I can get out of it at any time that I requested.. In 2021 I tried to apply for a home loan and that's when I found out what they actually did! Since then I have been trying to get my name removed off debt review. The assistance I get is ****, to say the least. I was told to get court orders only to find that I need to get a lawyer to do so and guess what? Lawyers are apparently charging 8000 + for this to be done!
I have been requesting for the call recordings to be listened to so that they can hear that I was misled! But noooo they can't do that 🙄
They think that I'm going to pay for a lawyer to get my name cleared, whereas I was misled into believing that this will only freeze my accounts and then I can request removal at any time? Never. I've been misled and I've paid for 2, if not 3 years to this company not knowing what's actually happening!
I paid R4500 x 3 to them before the money went to my creditors. What was that used for?
I NEED THIS SORTED AND RESOLVED! I WANT ANSWERS AND IF I DON'T GET ANSWERS I'LL BE GOING TO THE CEO
