I app**** for debt review in July of 2020. Did everything they asked , and received a call 4 months later, from someone no longer employed by them, telling me that they have been to court with my matter and the court ruled that I do not have to pay ant further and they cancelled my debicheck debit order and would sent the ruling to me. However when I enquired, was told that person who told me that and cancelled the debicheck debit order no longer works for them. I requested the phone recordings via email, received another phone call telling me that the POPI act prevents them from sharing information pertaining to myself as I am no longer a client of theirs.
