Insufficient assistance from Debt line - Regret
July 24 would be my 3 debit / payment to debt line. I had sent numerous emails to many people of Debt line for explanation of their Debt Orders being deducted off my account while my Creditors are adding Interest on the existing Accounts + Receiving numerous mails on my account being in errors/unpaid?? Regret from Pioneer Debt Solutions & Debt Busters

24 Jul 2024, 10:49Hi Rajesh,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We deeply regret to hear about your recent experience and understand your frustration regarding the issues you have faced with your debit orders and account management. We apologise for confusion and the inconvenience caused.
The first two payments made are allocated towards debt counselling (DC) and legal fees and starting from the third payment, your creditors will begin receiving payments according to the debt restructuring (DR) fee structure.
We will liaise with your creditors to investigate the unpaid notifications ensure that interest is not unfairly added while you are making regular payments, as we have already concluded negotiations with them.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving this matter swiftly. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Kind regards
The Debtline Team
