Independence being denied
<div>Please don’t use this company!!!! Getting in to the program is easy. Getting out is in possible. Its been a year. Debit order was stopped all accounts payed up end of July 2022, only my car wasn’t paid-up. Hayley then went MIA. Never responding to anything. I appointed my own layers to get a debt upliftment court order. Was granted un November. ***** received this and did nothing. I wrote of my car in January 2023. Guess what can’t qualify for finance cause I am still under debt review.. It’s May 2023… Still **** is unable to assist with clearing my name!!!! I am following up on a daily basis and still nothing: can’t talk to him on the phone call centre refuse to put me through. Honestly i am suffocating, my identity and independence is being denied from me!!!! Can anyone just assint ***** to clear my name. Please please please!!!!</div>

We checked in with Justin, and have confirmed that everything has been sent to the National Credit Regulator (NCR), you have been updated on this progress regularly. Their turnaround times are not in our control, and Justin has escalated to them multiple times - and kept you updated. Our apologies that it's not going fast enough, but only the NCR can explain what the delay on their side is
