Incorrect terms and no answers
I signed up in Aug 2019 for a 5 year payment plan. As it stands I should have a max of 4 months remaining but according to the system and amounts still outstanding, I have 17 months left. The agent can't investigate without a manager who is on leave, which means I get NO answers. Under my OWN investigation I see my creditors still charged full interest for over a year after I signed up which is clearly the issue here! What can be done about this I have no idea and CANNOT get answers. Financial stress takes lives, something you guys need to be aware of.
