I have been with the company for almost 5 years and is supposed to finish in April 2024 when checked my creditors to see how far i am it show its on the intial debt amount i was before joining debt review, i contacted them in February 2023 but was always told someone will get back to me every agent said they will call me back but no luck i always have to call them back my debt counsiller Zulfur never contacted me once, according to my findings it was only one account with a query but ons the legal eventually got back to me its now 3 accounts with issues, in September I was told by Octavia Wagner that my program has been restructured and will have to pay longer then what my contract states, I am now dealing with their attorney Justin van der Lindt I have send many what'sapp messages but have been ignored ge tells me that a email was send to me regarding this issue but up to this day I have never received any email from anyone this is really frustrating as I am paying for a service thats not beneficial to me it I had the means to pay my debt myself I would have and I re**** on this for some debt relief as I was not financially stable at the time,
