Harrasment by lawyers

Debt line has put me in worse financial problems. I am being harassed by banks telling me that debtline is underpaying them and as a result they have decided to cancelled the agreement they had.now all my accounts are in arrears and they are threatening legal action against me. Debtline how can you do this when i had so much faith that you guys could help me? Im in worse financial problems now. I have called countless times but recieved no help.
