Exceptional Customer Service

If ever there was someone that needs recognition for a job well done it is definitely Hayley Martin. She is patient, understanding, explained everything to me in detail from start to finish and even in her hospital bed she answered her phone. She is truly a jewel and a perfect representation of what customer service is all about.
