Excellent Customer Service
Zulfa February went above and beyond with assistance, she resolved my query (that I've been struggling with for over 5months) and did more with providing my current account status. it was wonderful to interact with a person who was eager to assist and provided a great customer service experience . i wish every other consultant at Debtline may take a leaf out of her book !
