Don't trust Debtline

I was given a call last week Monday by an agent of the company to say I'm due for a refund, then Wednesday of last week I called the company to find out when the money will be paid into my bank account and was given a turnaround time of 5 working days. It's been 7 days and I have to call the company daily. Today I asked to speak to the manager concerned, nobody has got back to me. The service is pathetic and even after signing up with them for debt review, I never received statements, they are only interested in my money and not helping me out....
