Disgusting Service

I am so sick and tired of Debtline and their incompetence. I have been struggling to obtain my 17,7 since June and it is pathetic that I had to call all credit bureaus to remove my flag myself as my so called debt counselor gets paid to do absolutely nothing I've never spoken to him or her EVER. How difficult can it possibly be I've called numerous times and all I get is "we will be in touch shortly" I'm waiting a week for that call back yesterday I had to call your office again yet still waiting for that call back. If people don't know what their job description is please get someone who does know what they are doing.
