Disappointed but not surprised
<div>I received an sms from Debtline then I responded and the consultant called for assist on the 23rd sep 2020 and I agreed to apply for debt review. but I now I want to cancel and I've sent a what's up to ****and called the office number and they saying it's only **** who can cancel it. Please cancel my application now. Send me approve that it has been canceled. </div>

19 Oct 2020, 11:17I still haven't received any feedback from Debtline, I've been calling and sending emails but no response.i still can't even swipe my card to buy groceries ever since app**** with debtline, it's so humiliating standing in a queu then when it's time to pay for your stuff then you can't and I don't to withdraw money because I don't like carrying cash. Hopefully I'll get a response this time

I called him again today and he said he'll call me back. This company is games with people's monies. Every time you call you get the same story
