Disappointed!!
This company has poor customer service. We joined debtline hoping it will help us reduce our debt. Our core accounts being our homeloan and vehicle finance were never in arrears prior to us joining debtline. now almost a year later, our homeloan is in arrears of R20 000 and vehicle finance R5000. they have been short paying / not paying our creditors. our creditors call us constantly because we are still liable. This is extremely disappointing. And will not recommend their services to anyone.

05 May 2023, 08:53It's 3 weeks now, and my problem still isn't resolved. Someone did contact us, sent us documents to sign, documents had incorrect info on, which we asked to be corrected and to be resent. But nothing, we followed up, and still no response. I am still getting calls from our creditors. This is the customer service from debtline.
