Disapoint client- Double charged bond and accumulated areas on my account due to non payments to my Debtors by Debtline but they have been deducting my money and not paying.

Very bad service and arrogance, they have deducting me double without my consent. When I called them they keep on telling me that Thabo, the consultant that was assisting is not available, and they drop the call no one Assist. Requested my refunds and requested that I send the form to their email, and I did that but everytime I call they say they didn't get it. I wouldn't advise anyone to use Debline because it's seems all nice when they hiring you join them but they don't have support for us as customers, you go from better to worse, I ended up left with nothing on my account my bond was debited twice. Since June this year I have been financially struggling due to Debtline. Out of curiosity I went to my Debtors to check if they are actually paying them, to my surprise, my debt now have accumulated areas because of non-payment. If there was an option of not putting any star for Debline I would have selected that option. I am very disappointed by Debline, no one deserves this treatment they've been giving me.
