Debtline Worst service ever

really bad service from these guys. I put myself under debt review in 2019 and they did not fulfill their obligations of handling my creditors so, I was being phoned daily by all my creditors asking for payments that i paid to debtline to distribute, I withdrew from their services in 2020, from 2020 to now I have paid up all of my accounts and now I need to get a clearance certificate from them that. I requested the certificate months ago to no avail, I receive zero feedback from them as to wats happening, I call them 2 to 3 times a week trying to figure out what is going on and all they say is " we will have a look and let you know" and then don't hear anything from them unless I phone them again, don't know why it takes so long to give me a clearance certificate? all documentation was shared with them months ago!!, would not recommend them to anybody
