Debtline Debt Specialist is everything BUT a specialist, and they don't understand professionalism. It has been a consistent battle to get a response from them. They do not acknowledge your queries, nor do they respond. I have had the unfortunate situation where I needed a debt counselling service. My struggles in getting information, sorting out why I was being harassed by creditors, and not receiving the information I asked for have now been ongoing for what feels like forever. This is probably the most unprofessional company I have EVER come across. PLEASE, if you are in financial trouble and need a debt counselling service, DO NOT use these so-called "specialists." They have no idea what's going on and have ZERO customer care or interest.
