Debt review battle to clear of records

Was under debt review by Debtline for over 3 years and eventually paid of my last account and since then I have been battling to get my clearance certificate and debtreview cancelled. I was told even if I cancelled my debt review I would still not be cleared till the last account has been paid off. I send them proof of the last account over a month back and was told it will take 7 days for them to do the clearance certifcate and then send it on to NCR and all other creditors to clear.

It has now been 29 business days and all I get told is they busy with it, I have been prioritized for over a week and last week I was told the certificate is not yet signed.

If I take the amounts paid out to Debtline and this is now the service I get when they actually have to clear my name its no longer an excuse. They had 29 business days and Im still no closer to getting anywhere or my name cleared
