I was unclear about how the process will unfold, but the moment i was put through to Zulpha things changed because she explained the steps of the process and everytime i followed up with her about the progress she gave clear response and i knew everytime after my calls with her what is expected on my side ti a stage were i received my Credit clearance which i received in few days after submitting all my creditors paidup letters
