Credit card status release

We app**** for debtline and was decline. But my wife and I all our cards were stopped obviously for the process. After 2 months my wife's cards came back online and mine didn't. For some reason they took my status of my credit card(capitec) I've send my declined Papers to capitec they said everything is right on their side I've phoned debtline they can't help me. What am I to do? I'm paying all my insurance that I have for the credit card but I'm unable to use the card or send money from it. Can anyone give me advice as to how I go about fixing the issue??
