Cannot get a letter from Debt Line to state
Again, I am struggling to get a letter from Debt Line to just state that all my accounts are clear. I have sent proof of payment for all my debt and letters which state my accounts have been cleared. No response from anyone as usual. Its been two days and I stated it was urgent for my employment. How ridiculous but obviously took all their initial fees. What is new ???? They will respond asking me to send an email which I have already done. Please can they just send me a letter????
