Calls and emails Ignored for past 2 weeks

I have been trying to call them for the past 2 weeks and I have sent emails with no response asking them to transfer my file asnI need to be removed under debt review. It looks like they are ignoring my number when I phone with a different number they take it and the minute I say my name and surname phone dies.
