Appalling service

I regret the day I approached Debtline for assistance with my creditors. I thought I was going to get financial relief but little did I know I was putting myself in worse problems. I ended up paying my debts myself and I got paid up letters from all my creditors and sent them to Debtline with the hope of getting a clearance certificate and having the 'debt review flag' removed on my name. This has not happened and I am being given the run around whenever I call to follow up on the clearance certificate. I have received nothing but appalling service from Debtline
