A waste of time

<div>Pathetic service from debt line , they falsely advertise how people can pay off their debt by them negotiating for you. They actually extended my payments to an extra 5 years. I called them last month to negotiate a settlement for my loan as I had 2/3rds of the loan amount and till today no one has gotten back to me. Yet they are quick to hand you over for their fees. Why do you need fees if you do not do your job? I have paid off my overdraft and till today no one has sent me a clearance. Their consultant ***** is so useless.&nbsp;</div>
