This is a review for Olonathando Jokwana a consultant at Debline, in her I have met an absolute friendly and efficient consultant who has a heart to help clients and take it to her responsibility to see that a client is happy. This consultant deserves a recognition, she is brave and committed to deliver the best service. My query was resolved through her advocating for me as I did not really get a good service from another consultant, she made it her responsibility to see that this was resolved. There is a very big room for improvement in this consultant, I wish the management can notice her and groom her to a greater position, thanks to you Olonathando Jokwana, you are such a breath of fresh air, all the time I spoke with you your positive energy was exuberating and you made me to keep this account even though I was really considering to cancel it with Debtline because of the other consultant who was not helpful at all. Keep the energy, keep the attitude, you going far.
