Received a call from a consultant and app**** telephonic for a loan. The consultant promised there is no costs and this is only to see what amount to I qualified for. No results was given on my application either but didn't care anyway. During this call nothing was said about debt doctor or life aid or funeral cover or any other **** that I am now subscribed to. All my calls is recorded on my phone so I can proof it. Now I get a whole lot of deductions from this ****. This is ***** and theft as there is no permission or contract agreed to by me for this. I suggest an immediate refund with costs and cancelation of this **** within 3 days. ******** case to be opened after that in Gordonsbay.
