Zero communication

It is really such a struggle dealing with Debtbusters. Feedback on queries is non-existent. The amount payable to them has increased by more that R3000 in a 3 month period, and multiple requests for feedback is simply ignored. They just increase the amount without any consultation with the client. Whether it is affordable or not is of no concern to them. They just do as they please.
