ZERO BALANCE ON STATEMENT, BUT NOT PAID UP

I have been receiving sms's from FNB bank that payment since October 2019 was not received from Debt Busters. Why if I paid my full premium every month? I have checked Smartcents and my Hyphen statement and it shows the balance of R0.00 for FNB Bank. Why is that? Where is my money going to? Are you aware that missing a payment affects my credit record which You are supposed to be fixing? Some accounts have been paid off but you have no decency to send paid up letters. Where is the money for the paid up accounts going to? Will take this with Ombudsman if you don't resolve it ASAP
