You said I could pbone you any time, but that was incorrect

I have phone my financial consultant more than 10 times with 2 replies received. This person told me I could contact him at any time, but that was not the case. Getting hold of him is almost impossible as he either has left work or not yet arrived, on the phone or somewhere in the building, but not available to take a call. I need to call him to confirm the process and inform him of any pitfalls I see in my data. Not being able to get hold of him is super frustrating. I have used all my own airtime trying to get hold of him. So huge expense on my side, and almost zero satisfaction. Now and again I do manage to get hold of him and get some of my questions answered, but its very hit and miss. Not a great client experience.
