You messed up BIG time DebtBusters!

We joined Debtbusters in 2014. They made us feel hopeful with promises of a better future... Well 4 years down the line and they have indeed messed up our situation beyond repair! Things like cascading amounts that we were never advised about led us to almost losing our house and car. My husband took his provident fund after leaving a previous job and paid up almost all our debt. The only thing remaining is a house and car. When we called them to advise that we would like to be removed from review we were told there was never any legal documentation submitted to court. No court order or tribunal court order was issued and now we cannot be removed from review. So many things have happened because YOU failed to give us all the necessary information prior to joining that we only later discovered. You people failed us miserably!
