Years and Years to clear your name.

I was a client of debtbusters about 8 to 10 years ago. The debt councilling was cancelled and yet this still remains against my credit score. I tried numerous time to get hold of them but they just drop the call. Was lucky enough to talk to a lady, who traced me on the system, I then requested a letter as proof that this was cancelled and pooooof the call was dropped, and since the then the call gets dropped all the time. I am fed up. I don't want to die with a bad credit record, please help me to get this sorted and clear my name.
