Wrongly listd by debtbustors

Hallo I joined debtbustors with a perception of the 3yrs contact but when 3 yrs pass abd and they kept ob debuting the account i called them and they told me that my contract is 5yrs so then i wanted voluntary withdrawal but the said that they want a court order to state that im no longer over debt. Then i got the court order email to them but they refused to terminate they continued to debit my account i then reversed the money n pay the account by my self then they listed me that im unble to pay How can they ?? I have not even missed one pay ment sience i joined until then
