wrongly debited and no refund, terrible communication and pathetic customer service

I app**** for a payment break and it got approved by Debtbusters, my account was then debited after this on the 25th of June 2020 and Debt Busters advised that it was an error on their side and that i will get a refund due to the error on their side, however since the account was debited they have not been communicating at all as to when i will get the refund, they have been giving me the constant run around, they only refunded me R549 and cannot give me an answer as to when the rest will be refunded, they keep giving me excuses when i call in or they drop the call on me. it has now been almost a month and still no feedback or answers have been received from them. never in my life had i have had such terrible service from a company that is supposed to be helping you. i really regret signing up with Debt Busters as they are terrible, no customer service at all and how do they expect to handle anyone's debt review process if they cannot handle a simple refund
