<p>When I joined DebtBuster I was told that If I managed to pay off short term my debtsand I can prove I'am now in a position to pay over my longer term such as a car or bond, I will be removed under debt review. Now I have the money to settle the short term debts and I'm told a different Story.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been sending emails every week for the last 3 weeks with no response, even though I CC the CEO and used the customer care email address and the direct agent I was allocated.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is my second complaint with this company. They have really horrible customer service. Use them at your own risk!</p>
