Worts Customer Service
Worst Customer service I ever experienced, i would never recommend them to anybody. I requested withdrawal since April but i am currently in a financial mess as all my creditors were not paid. Every call you make, the agents and managers will contact you back or they have high call volumes. This is the 3rd month struggling to get help and on 25th May my bank account was blocked although I requested withdrawal. I will post this on every possible communication as you make promises but nothing is done.
