WORST SERVICE IN MY LIFE - DEBTBUSTERS SA

WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!

In July 2024 I had to make the difficult decision to ask a company to help me out will all my debt! DebtBusters SA came up as one of the best companies to do exactly that! After my first few encounters with the company, everything seemed wonderful and the help that they claimed they will provide really made me think that now I will be able to breath again!

As we moved along with everything, my next pay day quickly arrived, and the day before my pay day, the consultant at Debtbusters phoned me to inform me that he is having some difficulties with one of the credit providers, but I do not have to worry as he would be able to assist me in getting a refund if they do proceed to deducted money from my account.

So the day arrived, and it so happens that the credit provider deducts the money from my account. I phoned Debtbusters to inform them of this, and the consultant after a huge fight came clean and said that he is not able to get me the refund!! After this encounter I asked to be transfer to a different consultant, someone who is willing to help me. I explained my situation and this consultant really made me believe that everything will be sorted out! So my next payday arrived, and no surprise, the credit provider once again deducted money from my account. I immediately phoned again informing Debtbusters of this, and they said that I don't have to worry as they will definitely be able to get me the refund! So here I am sitting another month later, no refund whatsoever and a bunch of empty promises!

At this point in the fight, I would've been better off without DEBTBUSTERS SA *****ing everything up for me,

I have already lost me flat I was renting as for 2 months I could not pay the rent due to this!

I have had to borrow money from relatives just to be able to eat!

They even still send me emails to refer them to other people, which I think is a complete joke!!

I have asked for the recordings of our conversations, but it seems like they just don't care at all! They claimed that all the information was shared with me, which I know for a fact hasn't, and if you are innocent, why not share the phone calls??

I am at the point where I want to seek legal help, as this is just completely unacceptable.
